This unique program combines the elements of mentoring – bringing you the needed clarity, women-based coaching – warming up your heart, and the fine selection of my know-how from Chinese medicine, Mindfulness and Tantra to create an unrepeatable experience.

Flexibility and personalization are additional advantages of this 1:1 program. The journey lasts at least 6 months by having bi-weekly sessions; however, it can always be adjusted to your pace and time needed to integrate the insights and learnings.
